NetMechanic Signs Agreement with internet.com
NETMECHANIC STRENGTHENS POSITION AS LEADING SOURCE FOR WEB SITE SERVICES WITH BACKING BY INTERNET.COM
Huntsville, AL (March 16, 2000) - NetMechanic, Inc.TM (http://www.netmechanic.com), the leading independent Web site maintenance service, announces an agreement with internet.com Venture Fund II, part of the affiliated venture capital arm of internet.com Corporation (Nasdaq: INTM) and with internet.com, the Internet Industry's Portal. NetMechanic, Inc. will receive a cash investment as well as increased resources and enhanced growth opportunities for its Web site performance, maintenance and promotional services under the alliance. The investments are part of internet.com's ongoing effort to further advance early-stage content and e-commerce Internet properties.
